Matthew 10:22 “And ye shall be hated of all men for my name’s sake: but he that endureth to the end shall be saved.”
Far too many souls are totally unaware that, especially during the time of the prophesied Tribulation, the Vatican was declared to be the one who would make war against the saints of God.
Daniel 7:25 “And he shall … shall wear out the saints of the most High,”
Revelation 13:7 “And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.”
Rome has all along never denied it persecuted Christians. Sure, they will call them heretics, but when you look into what these heretics believed, they were actually Bible believing Christians. History is literally drenched with all sorts of evidence proving this nicely. Jesus said in,
John 16:2 “They shall put you out of the synagogues: yea, the time cometh, that whosoever killeth you will think that he doeth God service.”
Were you aware that in the Pope’s globally broadcast “Mea Culpa” that he admitted the Catholic church killed millions upon millions because they thought they were doing God’s will? Jesus said that they will kick you out of churches, and kill you thinking they are doing God’s will, and then the Pope says they kicked people out of churches, and then had to kill them because they thought they were doing God’s will.
The question is, what have Christians done to deserve such hatred and persecution? The answer? Nothing! Satan knows that the eternal truth is contained in the Christian Bible and salvation is found in Jesus Christ. And since he hates all people, he will do anything he can to stop people from reading the Bible, or to never read it at all. Since he can never go back home, he doesn’t want anyone to make it home either.
The fact that Christianity is the most persecuted belief system in all the world testifies to the truth of our faith. No other religion experiences what Christians have and continue to experience.
Yes, it’s true that many who place upon themselves the title of Christian have done despicable things to others. These self-professed Christians do not actually show the character of Christ when they do violence to their fellow man. They fail to show the faithfulness and obedience of Christ when they choose to keep the traditions of man and hold the false Roman sabbath of Sunday over and above the true Sabbath of the Lord our God. Nor do they represent the truth contained in Scripture when they declare the soul is immortal or that there is immediate life after death.
There are a great many doctrines of devils held by the Protestant and SDA churches which openly defy the Word of God. But since prophecy said that they would all fall back into the lap of the first beast of Revelation, it is no surprise that the Protestant and SDA churches are now holding to Catholic dogma instead of Christian doctrine.
Understand this, dear reader, the truly converted Christian is the gentlest soul on earth. The one in whom the Holy Spirit dwells would never do harm to another human being, nor would they even consider violating any of the Commandments intentionally. For it is written that the definition of sin is …
1 John 3:4 “Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law.”
Romans 6:23 “For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”
But you don’t hear this verse being read in churches today, do you? Because if the Sunday keeping churches taught their congregations the truth that to break any of the Commandments is sin, and the wages of sin is death according to Romans 6:23, then their people would then begin to bring questions about Sunday keeping to their pastors and other leaders. Since the church leaders know that there isn’t a single verse in all of the Bible wherein it can be found that the Lord our God abolished His Seventh Day Sabbath and sanctified Sunday, the first day of the week, they figure it’s better to keep their people in ignorance so that the pews … and coffers … remain full.
Moving forward, however, Christian persecution is so well known that even Newsweek had this as one of their covers.
The thing about Christian persecution is that all the those in power and influence know it’s happening. The problem is that they don’t want the common person to know about it. They want to portray the image that Christians are the oppressors, instead of being the oppressed. They want Christianity to look so evil, so corrupt, so nasty, and so ridiculous that fewer and fewer people will turn to Christ or receive the salvation He offers. Satan is doing a masterful job at CONvinving many a precious soul to burn with him after the prophesied 1000 years.

Please bear in mind that these are just a FEW articles regarding Christian persecution around the world. And these only go back to the end of March! Which means that the list you see above only reaches back about 5-6 weeks at the time of writing this article! If you were to go back a few months or years, you would find tens of thousands of articles clearly displaying the fact that Christianity is the most persecuted religion in all history.
Some may respond to my last comment by referring to the Jews and the overt persecutions they have suffered over the millennia. I would be a fool to not acknowledge their sufferings, but I still stand by what I said. The Lord Jesus Christ, the prophesied Messiah and Saviour of mankind was the one who said that His people would face discrimination above anyone else … and He is no liar.
Just from 538ad to 1798ad, the Vatican tortured and murdered upwards of 500,000,000 of our brothers and sisters simply for standing with Christ and refusing to bow to Roman Catholic hypocrisy.
To try and cover this up, the Vatican invented all sorts of spurious doctrines and false prophecies which have caused even more countless souls to disobey the Lord.
False prophecies like the 7-year Tribulation theory (along with all the pre-trib, mid-trib, and post-trib nonsense), the secret rapture, and all sorts of strange claims about the 7 Last Plagues of Revelation have served to move people further and further away from peace and salvation in Jesus Christ.
Make no mistake, Christian prophecy is 100% clear and certain … the persecutions against us will only increase as the time of the 1st Plague of Revelation draws near. Satan knows that our Saviour’s glorious return is fast approaching. And in our cowardly enemy’s utter fear, he is lashing out against God’s people worldwide. His hatred toward those of us who love the Lord and serve Him obediently keeps growing … but only because he knows his time is short.
Revelation 12:12 “Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.”
Soon enough, Satan, his fallen angels, and all the wicked who have ever followed him will be turned to ash, never to live again. From there, an eternity of utter joy and peace lies ahead.
When our Lord’s long-awaited return is fulfilled, all persecution will have ended. He will come to save, to rescue, His people. And on that glorious day, He will come to take home His Bride who has prepared herself to receive Him, the one to whom she has been espoused. Praise His holy name!
So, the only question that remains is this … will you allow the upcoming persecutions to sway you off the straight and narrow path which was paved by our Lord Himself? Or will you stand strong against these persecutions as the 500,000,000 martyrs did? Will you stand against the world just to stand with Christ?
Romans 8:35-39 “Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter. Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
