Al Gore says Brexit was caused by… climate change

There are plenty of theories about what led to the Brexit vote. Now, Al Gore, has a new one to add to the pile. The former vice president – who has been busy promoting his new film by labelling those who question him ’deniers’ – says the EU referendum result was brought about because of… climate change.

Barcelona attack: terror spreads to open spaces

A van attack Thursday that killed 13 and injured dozens more along a shopping street in Spain demonstrated the difficulty protecting people in open areas, after similar vehicular assaults during the past year in France, Germany and England.

The Islamic State claimed credit for the attack. As official buildings and transportation hubs have become more fortified, security officials have warned for years that terrorists could target anywhere large crowds gather.

Biggest Christian festival in the UK decides to showcase some Islam too

LONDON (RNS) — Greenbelt, the biggest Christian festival in the United Kingdom, will feature Muslim worship for the first time this year.

The decision by organizers of the annual festival — which began more than 40 years ago as a gathering that drew about 1,500 young people — has stirred some controversy, according to organizers.

Now Greenbelt draws a much larger crowd of about 20,000 over the August Bank Holiday weekend, Aug. 25-28, and offers not only music but also theological discussion and opportunities to work on social justice issues. While it sprung from evangelical Christians, in recent years Greenbelt has expanded to include a much wider range of participants, including an occasional Muslim speaker. Continue reading →

Radiation from the Fukushima power plant has been continually leaking since the meltdown as such a catastrophic level, scientists are claiming days of eating fish from the Pacific ocean could be over. Scientists have claimed that TEPCO, the company who is in charge of monitoring the plant, has admitted radiation has been leaking into the Pacific Ocean none stop for the past six years.There are also claims that an estimated 300 to 450 tons of contaminated water being leaked from the Fukushima plant every day.Last month Neon Nettle reported that Tepco confirmed its plans to releases radioactive material from the Fukushima plant into the ocean, stating the decision has already been made”.

City Silences Preacher Called to Witness to Women Outside Abortion Clinics

A pro-life street preacher in Michigan says the city of Grand Rapids is trying to keep him from witnessing to women outside abortion clinics and other public places.

Michigan Live reports Stephen Nylen filed a lawsuit this week challenging the city noise ordinance and repeated threats by police to arrest him.

Nylen said he feels called to preach outside city abortion clinics and in public areas. While serving in the U.S. Army, Nylen said he found “new hope” in Christ; and now he wants to share that hope with others. Continue reading →

Vatican: Get time off in purgatory by following Pope on Twitter

“The Vatican is taking a modern approach to one of its oldest traditions, by offering indulgences to Twitter followers of the Pontifex’s social media account. …Under Catholic belief, after confessing and being absolved of sin, the indulgences granted reduce the amount of time one spends in purgatory, where one’s sins are weighed after death. Under the Pope’s new offer, those who follow the week’s events on the Twitter feed can get a speedier transit through purgatory, hopefully on the way to heaven.” –Source

Just so you know, the Roman Catholic dogma of Purgatory is defined in their Catechism book in the following manner. “purification, so as to achieve the holiness necessary to enter the joy of heaven,” which is experienced by those “who die in God’s grace and friendship, but still imperfectly purified” (CCC 1030). Hillary Clinton’s pastor compared her defeat to President Trump in the 2016 election to Jesus Christ’s death.

Pope Orders Belgian Catholic Charity To Stop Euthanizing People

“Pope Francis has ordered a Catholic charity in Belgium to cease euthanizations of mentally ill patients in their psychiatric centers by the end of August, or face excommunication. …To use euthanasia as a kind of ultimate therapy would be utterly unworthy of us,” Stockman said of his order. “It would be as if we were helping a patient who is on the verge of the abyss to take the leap of death, by giving him a little push. As far as I know, this is the very first time a Christian organization has classed euthanasia as ordinary medical practice.” –Source

First and foremost, we have ample amounts of Scripture as well as historic and even modern day evidence that the Popes of Rome are not Christians and the religion called Roman Catholicism is not a Christian religion. In fact, according to every Bible on the planet they are defined as a cult. So for the article to claim “this is the very first time a Christian organization has classed euthanasia as ordinary medical practice” is no different than Westboro Baptists who use hate to spread their version of Christianity. Satan knows what he’s doing here when he uses the most wicked church leaders to declare themselves Christian so as to assure Christianity gets a very bad name. In so doing this moves many into seeking their spiritual fulfillments in his many other demonic religions. And no, I am not saying the Roman Catholic people are evil. The Lord winks at their ignorance just as much as He does ours. The majority of Catholics have no clue their Vatican prelates are devil worshipers who have been prophesied to be those that try to destroy Christianity by claiming to be Christians while declaring Pagan dogma to be that of the Lord Jesus Christ.
